Updating Zenoss

Hello,

I am currently running Zenoss core 3.2.0 and want to update it to 3.2.1.  Is there a form of documentation to do so.  I have been looking I have not found anything for this type of update it is all for the newer versions. 

It does not seem to be a hard update but I want to make sure I am doing this correct I have a lot  servers running on this version.
