How to create ZenPack egg not from the Zenoss GUI?

This is a newbie question:

Is there a way to create an egg file, when I'm on Windows and I have the ZenPack structure (e.g., an egg that was un-archived to the Windows file system)?

This question assumes I don't have access to a Zenoss Gui, but can access zenoss from a Linux command line. So, if there's a methode of egg's creation from the command line, that would be good also.
